Fall Prevention & Anti-Wandering

The CordLess Fall Prevention Alert is capable of monitoring up to six (6) wireless components from one location. This portable monitor is designed to alert caregivers when an at-risk individual attempts to leave their bed or chair without assistance, pushes a call button for assistance, or opens a door to wander. The monitor can be placed up to 300 feet away from the resident.

The portable CordLess monitor is programmed to the CordLess Floor Mat to receive and send a wireless signal to alert the caregiver of the resident's movement. The monitor can be placed up to 300 feet away from the resident. The CordLess Floor Mat is placed beside the bed or in a doorway to capture resident's movement. When weight is placed on the weight-sensing floor mat, it triggers and sends a signal to the monitor, setting off an alarm to alert the caregiver.

This system comes pre-programmed and is ideal for home or facility use.

Simply mount the door bar alarm with the attached double-sided mounted adhesives on non-metal next to any crucial doorways or exits in your home, plug into an AC outlet then place and secure the wristband on your loved one. When the person wearing the wristband transmitter attempts open the door and to wander through the doorway, the door bar will sound audibly and visually.

The Resident Wristband Transmitter is designed to be worn by an at-risk individual as part of the Anti-Wandering Depart Alert Door Bar System. The wristband transmitter is placed and secured on the wrist of the resident. When a resident wearing a wristband transmitter comes within 2-14 feet of the door bar sensors, the door bar will alarm, alerting caregivers to the potential departure so they can respond in time to prevent elopement.

The Smart Station Large Facility Central Monitoring unit relays the signal out to local caregiver pagers listing the numbered component.

The Wireless Reset Button for the Wireless Central Monitoring Unit and CordLess Fall Prevention Alert. The Wireless Remote Reset Button allows staff to reset the alarm monitor remotely while attending directly to resident needs. Battery included (1-12V).

Bed, Chair, Floor Mat, Landing Mat, Window/Door Exit, Nurse Call Button and Motion Sensor components silently send a signal to the central monitor and instantaneously a wireless signal is sent to the pager to alert the caregiver.
