I purchased a replacement carry case for my Nonin pulse oximeter.  After 3 years of use, the Velcro had worn out.  I called Nonin who does not sell products directly, and they referred me back to Concord after using the device serial number to trace where it was sold.  Concord gave excellent customer service on the phone and a prompt delivery for a reasonable price.  It is identical to the original Velcro case with belt loop.

The case is large-which I like.  Plenty of room to put a long cord in with the oximeter.  It is also extra cushiony-which I also like.
