Product is good but somehow my order slipped through your system and it didn't ship out in a timely manner. I had to call and get it to be shipped again. I originally placed the order on 12/13/2024 and my friend  didn't receive it so I called on 12/27/2024 and it finally shipped after this call.

Very helpful to reduce pain and discomfort.  Came very quickly.  Delivered by USPS and the box was in very bad condition when it arrived.  Appeared that someone had tried to open it before it came to me.  rote an email to company and they actually responded and asked me to send a photo of the box, which I was happy to do.  Thought they should know.

I bought this for my husband. It is big enough to cover his whole back. It gets very warm, even hot.  He likes that he can set a timer so it will shut off automatically,  and a large variety of heat setting so he can get just the right heat.  I had questions about the heating pad before I bought it. They were very helpful and shipped in a timely manner.
