5 of 5 My 1st purchase with Concord Health Supply November 13, 2014

This was one of the easiest and fastest purchase I have ever made.  The product I order was placed at 11:15 am and at 3:00 pm the item was shipped and on its way.   I make many internet purchases for medical supplies but no vendor has ever filled and shipped the order with just a few hours... EVER !  This was my 1st purchase but it isn't going to be the last, the price is fair and the order shipped with the correct item needed, and the speed in which it was handled is beyond compare the only way to have gotten it faster would have been to go there in person and get the item puy for it and head back home.

EXCELLENT COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH... !!

This sensor is easy to use and quite reliable. The biggest issue is we have to put it on her toe because she tends to mouth her hands, and when she wiggles her toes, it can give an unreliable result. The upside to this is, when she has a seizure, her toes curl and this also cuts off the sensor so it will almost always alarm, which is very useful in the middle of the night.  I've tried other sensor styles and prefer this one by far. Also, Concord was excellent to deal with when they sent me the wrong sensor. They called me back right away and resolved the situation right away at no extra charge (next day air for sensor I needed) to me. Very polite and courteous also.
